Wrong size, wrong style? No problem. You have 14 days to return your order. Returns from within Germany are free of charge.

3 steps

  1. Request your return: via your account, no login needed.
  2. Get your return label: sent free by email (Germany only).
  3. Send it back: unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging.

Once we've received and checked your return, you'll get your money back within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Good to know

  • Returns from outside Germany: you cover the shipping cost.
  • Custom-made items and gift cards can't be returned.
  • Hygiene-sealed items: Some products carry a hygiene seal, details are in the respective product description. If the seal is still intact when you send the item back, returns work as normal. If it's been removed, the item can't be returned.
